Grade 13 students of Badulla Central College brought pride to the school showing good results in G.C.E A/L in 2008.
249 students faced the exam in science stream and 169 students were qualified to enter to the university. 192 students from the commerce stream faced the exam and 157 students were qualified to enter to the university. In Art stream 121 students faced the exam and out of them, 100 have passed. In maths stream, 108 students sat for the exam and 73 have passed.
P. Chaturangana Amaratilake from commerce stream has won the 3rd District rank. Mohammed Shaheer Shakoor was able to get the 1st District rank in science stream while A.S. Rangana Wijesinghe was able to get the 2nd District rank in Maths stream.

Why dont you update the website with new A/L results?It is needed.And also include all students entered respective faculties .They were also your students not only the best 5 students.
I agreed with Chatura's comments above. Why don't want keep updated result every year. This ridicules that still on 2008 AL result. This is 2014 !!! It is really shame...as I live abroad (England) since last 20 years. I love my high school; we like to know about school performances. Who is handling school web site. Who is leading OBA and OGA? Why don't you can not see this? Head teacher, please update web site, this is letting down school standard. Please visit to Bandarawela central college web site. It is brilliant. that's is the way it has to be done. Sorry I love my school, I really don't want to see old version of web site and 5 years old result.
